EarlyStageSaaS provides:Free 30-minute diagnostic callsPaid 60-minute strategy sessions (€299)Optional short-term advisory servicesAll services are consulting-based and focus on founder-led SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution clarity.

3. Eligibility
Services are intended for:Early-stage SaaS foundersIndividuals actively engaged in customer acquisitionWe reserve the right to refuse service if a user does not meet these criteria.

4. Payments
All paid sessions must be paid in advancePayments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal)Prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise

5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundableIf you cannot attend a booked session, rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours noticeNo-shows or late cancellations (<24h) are non-refundable

6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
Revenue outcomes
Customer acquisition results
Business success
All advice is based on experience and best practices, but execution and outcomes depend on the client.

7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Executing recommended actions
Making final business decisions

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and advice provided remain the intellectual property of EarlyStageSaaS unless explicitly agreed otherwise.Clients may use materials internally but may not resell or distribute them.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

10. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without consent.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or terminate service at any time
Cancel sessions if necessary (with refund or reschedule)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
